"In 1994, a small group of psychiatrists formed Bay Psychiatric Associates because they recognized the need for a more effective and collaborative model of care. Our success led to the addition of outpatient and interventional services, with expansion to multiple locations. Today, BPA maintains a uniquely democratic workplace where patient care and physician autonomy are paramount. We are proud to offer a continuum of clinical care that is both holistic and individualized, with support for physicians to continue to learn and refine their clinical skills.
