NEUROLITE represents, supports and distributes high-quality medical systems and products used mainly in Neurology and associated fields. The purpose of the company is trading, distribution, service and training of and with medical products. The Company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities and enter into contracts that are conducive to or directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the Company. It may set up branches in Germany and abroad, participate in other enterprises, acquire similar or similar companies or merge with them. It can acquire, manage, rent or sell land at home and abroad.
