"The Ives Subdermal Wire Electrode is a new, unique, chronic EEG electrode specifically designed for use on comatose patients during cEEG recording in the ICU. This electrode is FDA Approved and CT and MR Conditional. Once placed the SWE will record with a low, steady impedance (5KΩ) for weeks/months on end, as the SWE never needs adjusting or re-gelling."
