The Brain Imaging Analysis Kit is a package of Python modules useful for neuroscience, primarily focused on functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) analysis. The package was originally created by a collaboration between Intel Labs and the Princeton Neuroscience Institute (PNI).
