LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) is an open-source database solution platform for neuroimaging and neuroscience research.

LORIS is a platform designed for seamless data acquisition, curation, processing, and dissemination across large neuroimaging, clinical and genomic datasets. Its secure web-accessible database infrastructure automates the flow of data throughout the lifecycle of multi-site longitudinal studies, and includes extensive Quality Control and Data Validation processes for both scalar and multidimensional data.

LORIS extensible design enables researchers to aggregate, query, and distribute subject data in a powerfully customizable and flexible manner to image processing pipelines and analysis suites frequently used in neuroimaging research studies.
